• What kind of design work to you do?

• How much does graphic design work cost?

Each job request that comes in will receive an estimate specifically for that job and the time it will take to complete. We do this to provide better pricing on a job to job basis. We do have basic pricing listed HERE for you to get an idea on an estimated cost for our basic services.

• What if I want something adjusted after I receive your work?

Our job is not complete until you are happy, we will work on your job until it is complete. Normally 3 revisions will be provided if necessary. If it takes more than 3 revisions, some additional costs may apply.

• Why are your prices so affordable?

At amplified we are able to deliver high quality work at a competitive cost. We are a smaller design studio, our operational costs are low as well as our overhead. These savings get passed on to YOU the consumer. We work much more efficiently than the big design corporations and give you the personal attention you deserve.

• What is logo development? and why is it important?

A Logo design is an investment in your identity & brand. Considering all the materials it will appear on over time, It’s one you really should not skimp on. Logo design is a process that brings a client’s vision to life. It helps to symbolize who you and your business are to the outside world as well as differentiate you from your competitors and supports your credibility. Keeping the design simple and recognizable is key!

• Why can’t you just tell me what a website will cost?

Web design estimates require an extensive interview process to get to the bottom of exactly what our client needs. This information will determine if a website will cost $500.00 or $10,000.00. Please allow us to provide a custom quote, you will be pleasantly surprised of the outcome, we promise.

• What is Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and why it is so valuable?

SEO is the process of making your website easy for the search engines to read, find, determine what it’s about and quantify its relevancy to users. As consumers continue to turn to search engines (like Google, Bing and Yahoo) to find local businesses, appearing higher in the search engine results becomes very important for growing your business.

• Who owns the custom design you create for me?

You do of course! Although we retain the file for your convenience in the future, you own the copyright to and content of the digital design. We do like to display designs we have created from time to time in our shop or on our portfolio. If you prefer that we do not display/reproduce your design just let us know.

• How do I pay once my job is estimated?

We currently use Pay Pal for deposits and payments. Once a job is estimated we require a 50% non refundable deposit to get started. A Pay Pal invoice will be created and sent to you requesting payment. On larger jobs a payment schedule will be worked out, this helps some of the strain on your pocket and allows you to see the progress of your job as it is being completed.

• Do you offer printing services? 

Certainly, we could either send over the completed designs print ready or we are happy to quote you the job with printing included. After being in business for 16 years we have collected quite a list of resources to pull from to offer you the highest quality along with the best price. Please keep in mind printing on lower volume jobs will always cost more per piece, no matter who you choose.

We provide printing for apparel, custom vinyl banners, signage, promotional items, event flags, brochures, business cards, and much more. Please do not hesitate to ask.
